Pindari have vast experience in all forms of refurbishments including Mine Site office buildings, village accommodation units and central facilities and ablution facilities.

Pindari’s specialist Project team have significant experience and expertise in a range of Building Solutions:

• Electrical Solutions: Electrical design, installation, fault finding, compliance testing & maintenance. Fibre optic cabling, coaxial installation, testing, commission & connectivity. A/C , gas, ducted, split systems, cool rooms, installs, repairs, maintenance

• Carpentry, Tiling, Floors: Minor works, building fit outs, installations, extensions, repairs and refurbishments, formwork/civils, roofing, railings, partitioning, flooring

• Painting & Decorating: Internal and external. Commercial, industrial, roofing, workshops, line marking, demarcation

• Plumbing & Gas: Drainage, installations, connections (water, gas) sewage, roofing, fire hydrant, storm water and water quality analysis from water sources, treatment plants and pipe networks

Village & Central Facilities Refurbishments

• The conversion of single accommodation units into couples accommodation units at Hope Downs Operations ($330k)
• A combined 200 room refurbishment for West Angelas and Yandicoogina Villages ($3.4k)
• Commercial Kitchen installation including commissioning and testing of all hydraulic services at Wickham Central Facilities Building

Office Refurbishment

• Refurbishment of a complex of dilapidated transportable buildings, into office space at Rio Tinto Yandicoogina
• Crib Room and Office Refurbishment including the removal of the existing ceiling to install a new suspended ceiling throughout with acoustic ceiling tiles at BHP Area C
• Cape Lambert RSM Crib Room Refurbishment
• Complexed office building refurbishments at Rio Tinto Hope Downs & Yandi and BHP Jimblebar

• MOC Toilet Installation at Rio Tinto Hope Downs
