Scope of Work & Disciplines

Comprehensive Inspections Testing and Reporting to Playground Equipment
The scope of services included:

  1. Annual Routine Maintenance – Scheduled Annual Playground Equipment Inspection, Servicing and Reporting;
  2. Undertaking Found Works;
  3. Breakdown Repairs – Unscheduled Inspections and Servicing.

Including:

  • Playground Equipment – all fixed;
  •  Basketball, netball, soccer and football posts (or any other sport where related field infrastructure is installed;
  • All other play Equipment installed such as cubby houses etc;
  • Playground surfacing including (but not limited to) soft fall, sandpits and grassed areas;
  • Fixed Gymnasium Equipment such as climbing walls,
  • Any other structure or item of Equipment at the Site that may cause injury or harm.

Key Challenges

  • Coordinating access and engagement with multiple stakeholders located throughout a large geographical region.
