Scope of Work & Disciplines
- External refurbishment and heritage preservation of existing two-storey heritage listed buildings:
- External refurbishment; removal, disposal and installation of new sash window systems and timber fascia
- Cleaning and re-pointing of the existing brickwork and entire tiled roof
Preparation and re-painting all timber framed windows, external concrete, steel and timber rendered surfaces - Remediation works for rising damp affected areas
- Replacing building perimeter lighting and circuits
- Repairs to external and internal brickwork wall cracking.
- Investigate and conduct remediation works for storm water blockages to various locations around the building
- Rectification works for sewer blockages from the building to the sewer main
- Design and install new HVAC system within building
