Scope of Work & Disciplines

  • External refurbishment and heritage preservation of existing two-storey heritage listed buildings:
  • External refurbishment; removal, disposal and installation of new sash window systems and timber fascia
  • Cleaning and re-pointing of the existing brickwork and entire tiled roof
    Preparation and re-painting all timber framed windows, external concrete, steel and timber rendered surfaces
  • Remediation works for rising damp affected areas
  • Replacing building perimeter lighting and circuits
  • Repairs to external and internal brickwork wall cracking.
  • Investigate and conduct remediation works for storm water blockages to various locations around the building
  • Rectification works for sewer blockages from the building to the sewer main
  • Design and install new HVAC system within building
